My Heroes Recap Review for 2x02

Cut to one of the beat title shots I’ve seen. Mrs. Bennet is making breakfast and drops her wedding ring in a pot of boiling wet which Claire fetches for her. Show off. Mrs. Bennet chides her saying that she shouldn’t do that lest it gets her noticed and Claire complains that its bad enough she has to lay low at school why can’t she be herself at home? HRG (sorry I can’t label him Noah. I just can’t) cuts in to say all he did was ask her to lay low and he trusts her. She lays into him saying it may be easy for him to pretend to be boring but she can’t not be what she is.
HRG insists that he just trying to defend his family and that being normal for him is a pass. Maaaybe that’s because you’re lying to everyone and really haven’t changed that much? It’s ok though we all comfort love you. Claire goes off to school and Mrs. Bennet shows HRG a newspaper article about Papa N’s death. (I can’t spell/nor do I want to type his name every time.) HRG says he knew this would happen and shows her one of Issac’s paintings saying there are eight more and he needs to find them.
! He’s looking for Kensei and finds him egest drunk. Kensei is fast becoming one of my favorite characters. Hiro tries to alter Kensei up by ducking him in water. Kensei tells him he looks like a look for when he talks. I laugh hysterically and start thinking of icons. Hiro says he’s already made a eat of the past and the space/time continuum cannot act anymore. Kensei passes out. Hiro decides that he’s going to don Kensei’s equip and go be the hero himself this confirming weeks of speculation by me and other people on my flist. High five guys.
Oh look Peter in a chair again. So pretty. Girl walks in asks him what his necklace means but of cover he doesn’t experience. She starts to clean him up and asks him his label. He doesn’t know that either. Gee. I’m sensing a pattern here. Her label is Caitlin; she’s the “Irish” guy’s brother. She explains that the job they were trying to pull is bigger than just a clump of iPods and then mentions some people that I’m sure are not going to be that important. Peter says the first thing he remembers is her brother finding him and that’s it. Caitlin stops cleaning his approach and notices that there’s a lot of daub but no marks on him. Oooo. I think this would be more suspenseful if we didn’t already experience that Peter could heal. But still. Peter = pretty. Me = happy.
And Peter is tied to the chair still! I just don’t get tired of it. Anyone else? He’s struggling against his bonds and manages to arrange out of them. alter beans. He puts his apparel on and thousands of fangirls every where cry out in unison. Irish Thug 1 and 2 go into the bar and go away to accost Caitlin and it’s Peter to the bring through using his new electricity telekinesis and super strength! Wow Pete apparently all Claude needed to do is take away your memory and you would undergo perfect hold back over your powers!
Claire and Stalker!West are talking about genetics. come up more like Stalker!West is talking about genetics. He says he found book by some Indian guy “I can barely even adjudge his label.” Suresh? You can’t adjudge Suresh? Wow. Anyways he says it’s about everything she was talking about and maybe he can carry it over to her. Or maybe you can hover outside her window. Stalker. Claire plays it off saying she doesn’t really care she was just bored in categorise. (And you know. Zach already gave her that book…does anyone else miss Zach?) She goes to get into her car and it’s not there! Uh Oh! And then weird music plays.
Kensei!Hiro and Princess Swordsmith go to a groove of Cherry trees and she apologizes for being a bitch earlier. He promises he will bring through her father and she’s all like “you are brave and wonderful and we will fall in like now.” She wants him to act off his disguise and instead he stops time and leaves her there. Can’t undergo her finding out your not really Kensei so let’s use those powers some more! I do have to say I like Masi in this scene. You can just express that Hiro really does like the girl he just met and it really is heartbreaking to watch the emotion play across his face.
MoMo and the Haitian are chillin. Turns out the Haitian does have the virus and Mohinder saves him. Mo says he works for ‘a company’ and the Haitian does his object rub thing and all of a sudden Bob is there. Bob want’s to experience where the Haitian is. Mohinder doesn’t remember. Or does he? Bob says it’s a rookie identify. Well maybe if he had a furnish. Bob! Seriously. I’m pretty sure Sylar is not work. And I’m sure MoMo would be happy to see him. You’ve got connections alter it happen!
HRG has a slightly different reaction saying they can’t afford mistakes and he has to trust her. Claire starts talking about her power saying she wants to experience her limits desire if she can cut off appendages or get sick. HRG is not amused and does not want to discuss it.
