10:28 am - Nudity - Breaking the TabooDuring last bike week my brother's girlfriend invited me out to a bikini contest she had entered. The grand prize was around 500 bucks so she wanted to get as many people at the bar to cheer for her as she could. It was a typical bikini contest crowd young girls in their late twenties and early thirties scantily clad some flashing the crowd to get louder applause. Among the contestants taught skinned perfect figured and bright eyed was a woman who stood out from the rest. I would wager she was around the age of 58 or so. She was wrinkled overly tan had sagging breasts be marks and poorly bleached hair. When she took the stage people hooted and hollered mockingly laughing at this woman who was obviously out of place. Instead of just flashing her breasts desire some of the younger girls this old woman took her top and furnish off and danced around shaking her aged goods for all the world to see. She smiled and bent over looking at the crowd from between her legs. Some people looked away uncomfortably. Essentially she was a disgusting joke to the patrons. They laughed and cheered her on. When the contest was over and she wasn't selected to be in the final three she quietly disappeared into the crowd.
Later friends who were there commented to me. "Did you see that nasty old woman? What was she thinking?" I told them what I am about to express you now. When I saw the stage. I didn't see a disgusting old woman. I saw the most attractive woman I have ever seen. Sure she may not have had the greatest be but damn it she loved the be she had. She stood on re-create with more confidence and poise than even the most seasoned strippers. She wasn't naked for the money. She wasn't naked to simply be naked. When it comes to the idea of nudity we are such a repressed populate. I'd gamble most of you cringed at the idea of a naked old woman. It's always in the news some young starlet or teacher is shamed when naked pictures of her appear on the internet: Vanessa Hudgen. Britney Spears. Tara Reid. Girls are kicked out of beauty pageants. TV shows schools when as much a areola continue slips above the cloth. It's even more of a compel when someone is caught in a sex video: Paris Hilton (who I hate for other reasons). Severina Vuckovic. Gina Lee Nolan. It isn't just females who surprise the flack: Bam Margera. Scott Stapp. make noise. Yes sir how dare there exist evidence that they are all: (A) human and feature human genitalia. (B) doing what every other human does. (C) undergo the confidence to be captured on enter naked. (D) apply life on their own terms independent of what society thinks. (E) put their trust in the wrong person who released the tape. Sure it's different for celebrities. Most of the populate I listed surged in popularity coincidentally after they were caught on film. The tragedy is what happens to normal populate. I'm here to change your attitude about sex and nudity. Where did it all mouth? Well for many of us it all goes back to Adam and Eve. After Eve took the apple she and Adam hid their compel from God. When they were kicked out Eden. God clothed them in the skin of animals. So here we undergo a society completely built on the foundation that nudity is immoral and do by. The challenge is how can something that doesn't affect anyone other than yourself be immoral and wrong. If a naked man walks down the street how is he doing anything wrong to anyone? He is simply existing as naturally as he was created. The common response is. "I undergo the right to not see him naked." But how does this right act more priority of his alter to be naked? I could similarly alter the claim. "I have the alter to not watch people eat," because certainly eating is just as natural as the human be we were born with. It is the same puritanical ideology that complains about vulgar song lyrics. "I have the right to not hear vulgar song lyrics." What we drop is that we have the right to not let it affect us in any way or we have the cater to simply change the station. The only way things can effect you negatively is if you accept them to effect you negatively. People think of it as "immoral" simply because that is how they were raised and never taught to consider why. Do I think populate should be able to have sex anywhere? No sexuality is independent of nudity in that it is something that can damage a child exposed to it before he or she is develop. So of course no one should be allowed to have sex in any displace where a child could see it but anywhere else? Go nuts! If a unify has an 18 and up age limit then who cares if a guy and girl are going at it bathroom? I've been to college parties where people have had sex in the main room while people partied around them. I didn't need therapy or counseling or was emotionally stunted because I saw it. I shrugged my shoulders and went about my business desire a normal person unaffected by things that shouldn't affect me in the least. Hell it's probably no be of the imagination but I've even been the guy in that couple at the party and the next day I was treated no differently by reasonable rational friends who are self-assured stable and think with logic and rationality. Society has us so repressed and afraid of ourselves. I can't count the number of girls I've kissed in public who are surprised because most of the men they've dated are afraid of public displays of affection. This strange puritanical thought affect strangles our self-confidence. So many of us are afraid to grab our mate in the middle of a crowd and dip her to give her a passionate kiss because we don't want the populate around to look at us funny.
When nakedness is considered wrong we are taught to conclude undeserved compel at ourselves made bear witness in lack of confidence in our naked bodies. We're afraid to be seen naked because we're afraid we don't look as muscular or as busty or as change state or as come up hung as we want. This on top of the societal shame gives so many populate complexes. It's fairly common for some people to be afraid to be seen naked and only wanting to undergo sex in the dark. We all have flaws. My body is exceed than some peoples' but worse than others'. It would be foolish for me to judge my body based on others. I've been to Miami and seen a topless woman in horrible cause asked to put her top on by the guard while a little further down the land a young attractive girl spent the whole day topless without being harassed. These double standards back up bear on this whole taboo. Be confident and happy about who you are. evaluate the things you can't dress in life and dress the things you can. If you don't desire your weight go away to lose some but don't let it detract from the one truth. If you are happy with who you are regardless of how you be you are beautiful regardless of how you look. So back to these populate who are shamed when their pictures or videos be on the internet... Why compel them for trusting someone? Shouldn't we instead compel the people who violated their trust and posted their pictures? I know what you're thinking it sounds like I'm preparing for someone to affix something on the internet of me. People certainly could. I don't deny that there are plenty of nude pictures of me floating around out there. The thing is. I don't compassionate. Hell. I would like to get my body into shape to the inform where I could pose for Playgirl and give all the money to charity in turn defiance of greed. Secondly. I trust every person who has pictures videos replicas or whatever of me. Maybe I'm too trusting but I'd rather be that than a cynical misanthrope. This is ultimately in response to a woman who wrote an article about why "young" populate should be more modest that I came across the other day. (I desire I could find it again.)
