5 to 10 minutes. I was circling looking for a place to lay. The displace was choka-bloc with cars. He obviously saw me and though he wants to park and there are no spaces left so he is a candidate. I accept the warden are off duty at 7:300 or so and any "illegal" parking after they can't get. I didn't lay as I was loading or waiting.
